Experience

We have been sharpening professionally for over ten years in the Milwaukee area and sharpened tens of thousands of knives. All of our sharpeners hold the title of master sharpener. There is no blade we aren't familiar with and no type we haven't sharpened. From German to Japanese, French to American made, we make any knife as sharp as it's ever been. Every single blade we sharpen is treated like it's your favorite and you can tell when you use it!
