3.) YOU'RE ALWAYS SHARP!
The quality of both the knives and the sharpening makes 2 weeks the perfect amount of time between exchanges (this can be adjusted to fit your needs). You always have a sharp set of knives in your kitchen and we are always making the other, perfectly sharp to return. On a set day we come and exchange the used knives for the fresh ones. You wouldn't know we were there, if it weren't for your knives always being sharp!

Something that separates us from other companies is that before we started servicing restaurants in Milwaukee with a knife exchange program, we were sharpening Chef's personal knives! This is a service that we continue to offer along side our exchange! Have a knife with a tip off, an edge that is being stubborn or just not enough time to get to them? We love doing personal knives as well!

WE ARE GREEN- Every step of our process is as green as possible. We make sure all power we use is the most efficient available. All of our testing paper is reused, then recycled. Also, our finished jobs are packed in recycled newspapers for safe travel.

Last summer we worked with community businesses who hold classes in the parks. A portion of our proceed we donate back to
